Our Service Rates Are:
$60 Per hour in shop service.
$65 Per hour call out service.
In shop service and callout service have a minimum charge of $30 and $35 respectively.
Our in shop service is a great value. You do not get charged the time a virus scan takes over all. You get charged the time it takes to get the scanner on the machine, updated and started. All in shop service is billed this way. You do not get charged time a tech is not working on your computer. Callout service is charged on time spent on site and possibly travel time to and from the destination.
