TKS assumes the following FF&E responsibilites for all hotel areas:

+ Providing complete furnishing and inventory of a hotel’s public areas, including restaurant, bar and conference rooms.

+ Providing all furniture for guest rooms and corridors including movable and non-movable parts such as lighting and window treatments.

+ Interior elements in public areas such as, for example, in elevators and restrooms.

+ Technical installations for the conference area and guest entertainment (i.e. Pay TV, WiFi)

+ Furniture for administration and employee rooms necessary for day-to-day operations.
